Is a discount or commission guaranteed?
No. Applications do not create an entitlement. Any commercial or support terms are confirmed individually after review.
Is infrastructure ownership the same as a security certification?
No. Infrastructure placement and operational responsibility are design choices, not claims of independent certification.
Can a non-developer start a project?
A business team can define the need and explore services. Involve an authorized technical owner for deployment and sensitive configuration.
