Kibana
Kibana is a browser interface for exploring Elasticsearch data, creating dashboards, and investigating logs and events.
Before You Deploy
Kibana needs a reachable Elasticsearch service. Deploy or identify Elasticsearch in the same environment first, then use the Elasticsearch address requested by the install form. Keep Elasticsearch private unless a specific external integration requires public access.
Deploy Kibana
- Open Services and search for Kibana.
- Select the environment containing Elasticsearch.
- Enter or attach the Elasticsearch connection requested by the form.
- Review capacity, start the deployment, and wait for Running.
- Open the generated Kibana URL.
First Setup
After Kibana connects, create the data views needed for your indexes. Then build dashboards around the logs, metrics, or business events that matter to the workspace.
Protect the Kibana route before adding production data or a custom domain.
